About David

David J. Schadwinkel grew up in small town Nebraska. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In 2005, he joined the Air Force and served on Active Duty for 10 years at Barksdale AFB. He still serves, but part time as a Reservist. David started out in Real Estate buying his first Rental property in 2011. Four years later he earned his license. His focus since 2015 has been serving his clients, buying and selling homes in the Shreveport/Bossier area. He and his wife, Meg, are raising their son, Zach, and dog, Murray. “I may not be from the South, but after 10 years living, working, and playing here I’ve grown to love it.”
